Greg M Cooper, CPA CSEP, Managing Member
Greg graduated from Pace University in 1980 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and has worked in public accounting ever since. Greg spent two years with a Big 4 firm before moving back to his native Sullivan County. He started his own firm in 1988 and has been fortunate enough to see it grow and expand to its current size of 27 motivated employees in three locations.
Greg is licensed in New York and Pennsylvania, and is a
member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants, and a member of the Business Valuation and
Forensic & Litigation Services section, New York and
Pennsylvania State Society of Certified Public Accountants,
and Institute of Business Appraisers, and a Chartered Global Management Accountant member. Greg is a Certified
Specialist in Estate Planning and has been active in many
civic organizations.

Andrew J. Arias, CPA, CrFA
Andrew graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a Bachelor's
degree in Accounting, and is the partner in charge of the
firm's audit department. In addition to being a CPA,
Andrew has also earned the designation of Certified Forensic
Accountant (Cr. FA).
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants, the New York State Society of
Certified Public Accountants, and the American College of
Forensic Examiners Institute.

Susan M. Peters, CPA
Susan graduated from SUNY Oneonta with a Masters degree in Business Economics and became a CPA in 2000. She specializes in governmental and not-for-profit accounting. Sue has been with the firm since 1997 and was admitted as a partner in June 2014.
Sue is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Deborah L. Amelio, CPA
Deborah graduated from SUNY Albany with a bachelor of science degree in Accounting in 1984 and became a licensed CPA in 1992. She has 26 years of experience in public accounting. She was a partner with Urmston, Forshee, Plain and Amelio CPAs PLLC and joined Cooper Arias in November 2014 when the two firms merged.
Deborah is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Susan M. Kraycer, CPA
(Retired Partner)
Susan has been with the firm since 1989 and brings thirty
years of experience with her. She graduated Magna Cum Laude
from Mount Saint Mary College with a Bachelor's Degree in
Accounting. She was admitted as a partner in 2001.
Susan is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified
Public Accountants, a member of the Board of Directors
of the Professional Women of Sullivan County and is the
Current treasurer as well as Past President of the
Liberty Rotary.
